万博テーマで生成AI動画を10日連続公開　― AIエージェント制作の実証（9/14–9/23）

大阪・関西万博のテーマに沿った生成AI動画を、10日間連続で毎日公開しています。
AIエージェントで「テーマ入力 → プロンプト設計 → 動画生成 → BGM生成 → キャプション作成 → 配信」までを半自動化し、制作～配信の運用最適化を検証します。

■目的

1. テーマ適合 × クリエイティブ表現
   　大阪・関西万博テーマ「いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン」、コンセプト「未来社会の実験場」と、AIによる映像モチーフ／演出（発光表現、彩度・コントラスト、3D的カメラワーク）の適合度・表現手法を比較
2. 動画 × BGM × キャプションの最適化
   　冒頭2秒のフック、平均視聴時間、フル視聴率、BGM、英語キャプションの組合せ
3. AIエージェントの現場適用性
   　text-to-video／music→公開までの半自動運用によるコスト削減・スピード向上の実効性
   
   

■AI活用の方向性模索

• Attention：サリエンシー解析で視覚的顕著性を推定し、Attention Rate／Attention Timeの指標づくり
• Memory：色調・反復モチーフによる記憶定着度の推測
• Creative：text-to-video／image-to-videoの反復・高速展開で多変量テスト、人間が生み出す“想定超え”アイデアとの使い分け
